The CLS team provides valuable input and guidance in regard to research and innovations by these companies -- all with a goal of maximizing our service and performance for our customers' current and future needs.

CLS is dedicated to timeliness, accuracy and professionalism.
To ensure this, we utilize the Translore Ticket Management System. Through Translore, all of our field technicians receive communications and work orders through our wireless network on their laptop computers. This provides our supervisors with real-time dispatching, monitoring and completion of projects. It also enables our managers to move staff to areas where workloads and ticket volumes exceed current on-ground capabilities. Translore can customize reports based on our clients' specific criteria and can be transmitted electronically and in hard copy formats.
